The Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL)
The Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL) offers fun, interactive programs for youth and KCPD officers. PAL is rooted in the belief that all youth deserve the opportunity to expand their horizons and realize their full potential. From mountain biking to playing on the baseball field, the (PAL) offers a wide-range of activities that build the kids’ confidence, motivation and offer a positive role model.
The positive relationships formed between police officers and the community will carry far past the walls of the PAL centers.

Weather Tech Renovations has proudly supported the Police Athletic League of Kansas City for many years. From annual donations to volunteering time & resources, together we’re building a stronger, more connected community.
Sheffield Place
Sheffield Place serves highly traumatized homeless mothers with multiple barriers to success, including:
Mental health and addiction issues, domestic violence backgrounds, low educational attainment, and felony convictions, among others.
Sheffield Place opened its doors in February 1991 as a community response to the growing population of homeless mothers and their children in the Kansas City area.
Sheffield Place has assisted more than 1600 families in making the difficult journey from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Empowering the families to heal from the severe, chronic, and continuous trauma they have experienced is the first step in the process of self-sufficiency.

Our team at Weather Tech Renovations proudly contributes time and skills to causes that matter, Sheffield Place has met that criteria for many years! They do amazing work to benefit the women and families of our community.
